Uncover the real price of growth in private healthcare

Private healthcare is growing at a rapid pace. But behind that increasing patient demand, fragmented systems mean teams are spending hours every week moving information, chasing handovers and keeping patient journeys on track.

The Care Coordination Tax brings together exclusive research from 250 leaders from some of the UK’s largest private healthcare organisations to reveal where the hidden work of coordinating care sits today, how it changes as organisations grow and what providers are prioritising to build a more scalable operating model.

Explore the findings to see where the pressure is showing up across different teams, and hear from healthcare and technology leaders on what needs to change if providers are going to grow without adding the same level of operational complexity.

What comes next: the future of connected care

This new research shows where today’s care pathways are under pressure. We asked the people building and delivering healthcare what they think should happen next.
