A standard migration starts from £499 plus VAT. Pricing is based on data volume and complexity. Our specialist team handles data processing, quality control checks to ensure everything transfers correctly as part of the service.

How quickly can I switch?

Migrations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Book early to secure your preferred timeline and avoid delays.

What if our current system has complex data structures or a lot of patient records to move over?

We've successfully migrated millions of patient records from complex legacy systems like Meddbase and even systems with complex data structures like Lumeon. No matter if you have 500 or 500,000 patients, you're in safe hands with our team of specialists.

How do you handle the data upload process?

Our team provides tailored instructions based on your specific system and data types. You'll receive step-by-step guidance and support throughout the upload process.

What data can you transfer?

Our team will confirm exactly what's possible for your setup. We handle standard data such as patient records, appointments, invoices, consultations and prescriptions from over 70 systems. Some items like your old system configuration settings and records not linked to a patient won’t be migrated.

How do you ensure data security?

You can securely upload your exported data from your current provider to our migrations team via the ‘Data migrations’ tab in Semble. Our team will then process the data for you.
