How We Created Semble’s Culture Code
At Semble, we believe a strong company culture is the backbone of any successful organisation. But what exactly makes our culture unique?
This question led us to create Semble’s Culture Code.
At Semble, we work with a growing group of dedicated individuals who are determined to help us fulfil our mission: to enable health professionals to amplify their impact.
We're always eager to meet people with innovative ideas and a passion for making meaningful change. If that sounds like you, you've come to the right place.
I became interested in working in healthcare through my Master’s degree in Computer Science and working with Great Ormond Street Hospital. I saw how many different problems you could solve.
As a Developer, it’s about your ability to identify a problem and see how tech can resolve it. In my role at Semble, I have a lot of agency over how I do things. My team have a lot of healthy discussions; we consider all the possible outcomes before making any decisions.
I've always gravitated towards customer-facing roles because I genuinely enjoy interacting with people. By understanding our clients’ perspectives and emotions, we build stronger, more trusting relationships. Empathy is what makes our Account Management team the best in the business!
We provide you with all the tech you need to set up your office space, including the most current Macbook.
If you join us on our journey, you'll own part of its long-term success.
I started as a Software Tester, but was intrigued by product management. Semble saw and nurtured my enthusiasm – I was put on a development path and now I’m a Product Manager, working on everything from discovery to user research. It's allowed me to fail, learn and improve, in a setting that has helped me become better at my job.
