More about Semble's flexible payment options
What are the benefits of using a Semble pharmacy integration partner?
An online pharmacy is a digital service that streamlines the prescription process, making it faster and more convenient for both clinics and patients. Instead of relying on paper prescriptions or in-person visits, the system acts as a central hub, allowing you to share prescriptions directly to your patients via email. From there, they can either take the prescription to a local pharmacy, such as Boots, or choose to have it delivered straight to their door, giving them flexibility and saving them time. (Services will vary between providers.)
Simply put, this integration allows you to create a prescription and send it to your online pharmacy of choice, without having to leave Semble. This means you can completely streamline your prescription process – no print-outs, no wet signatures – so your patients can start their treatment as quickly as possible.
How can I find out what coverage is provided by each of your pharmacy integration partners?
Our six pharmacy partners allow us to offer a wide range of services across the country that aim to suit the unique needs of each individual clinic. Many provide national coverage.
To find out more about the specific regions each pharmacy covers, we encourage you to peruse each provider’s website (linked above), where you can find this information and make an informed decision on which partner will suit your needs best. You can also contact the pharmacies directly using the contact details on their website to further discuss your requirements.
How can I send prescriptions to my local pharmacy?
If you want to send a prescription to your local pharmacy directly without using the pharmacy integration you can do so using the secure link or share by email attachment. Both versions can include an e-signature.
If your local pharmacy does not accept electronic presciptions or e-signatures, you can print and apply a wet signature to the prescription, and post or give to patient.
Do I have to print out a FP10?
Yes, you will still need a physical copy of the FP10 pink slip, regardless of whether you use Semble’s pharmacy integration or not. The benefit of using Semble’s pharmacy integration is the online pharmacy provider will collect this swiftly, rather than the patient needing to pick up the slip, which can slow down the process.
