Heydoc Referral Program

Heydoc's Referral Program offers:

• £99 gift card to the Heydoc user referring the new client (“the Referrer”)
• £99 worth of credit to the new client once they sign up with Heydoc and pay their first invoice (“the Referred Client”) (and, together, the “Referral Reward”)

What do I have to do?

All you have to do is register with Heydoc’s Referral Program and share your personalised referral link (the “Personalised Link”) with your contacts via Heydoc’s referral portal.

Your Personalised Link will direct your contacts to a registration page for a demo and free trial of the Heydoc platform. Only those who sign up via this page for a paying account with Heydoc will be eligible as a Referred Client.

When they sign up and pay their first invoice, they will get £99 off their first invoice, and you will receive a £99 gift card.

You can refer as many new clients as you want, with a separate Referral Reward for each one that signs up with Heydoc! 

Terms & Conditions

A “Qualified Referral” is a referral sent from an existing Heydoc client with good standing (an ongoing client, not under a notice period, with all outstanding invoices settled).

A Referral Reward will be awarded for Qualified Referrals who meet the following conditions:

1. The Referred Client must use the Personalised Link from a Referrer in good standing with Heydoc.
2. If a Referred Client receives more than one Personalised Link, Heydoc will provide the Referral Reward to the person whose Personalised Link is used to complete the Heydoc registration process, regardless of when the Personalised Links were sent.
3. The Referred Client may not combine the link with any other monetary offer.
4. The Referrer and Referred Client may not receive their Referral Reward for up to 1 month after signing up for a paying account with Heydoc.
5. The Referred Client must not be currently registered with Heydoc, and must not have previously registered with Heydoc, under any email address or alias, for the preceding 12 months.
6. The Referred Client must sign up with Heydoc and pay at least one invoice for the Referrer and Referred Client to be eligible for a Referral Reward.
7. The Referred Client must register to use Heydoc’s services using a valid and current email address that has not been used to register with Heydoc within the previous 12 months.
