6 reasons you need to be at HLTH Europe in Amsterdam this June

Written by Pascale Day | 35,02,2025

Healthcare is changing fast. Blink-and-you’ll-miss-it fast. And if you want to stay ahead of the curve in 2025, there’s one place to be this June: HLTH Europe in Amsterdam.

This isn’t just another conference with stale coffee and predictable panels. From 16th-19th June, HLTH is where the future of health gets built, debated and occasionally danced about (yes, bring your best chat and your glowsticks for the annual HLTHfest party).

So beyond being able to cycle there like a true Amsterdammer, here’s why you’ll want to pack your bag and join the action:

1. We’ll be there! 👋

That’s right – we’re heading to Amsterdam and we’d love to see you there. Whether you want to chat about the future of healthcare, pick our brains on streamlining systems, or just say hi, come and find us. CEO Christoph Lippuner and our Director of Sales, Charlie Wilyman, will be soaking up the sessions, taking in the energy and ready to meet like-minded people.

As Semble expands into France, we’re not just growing our footprint – we’re opening the door to new partnerships, new conversations, and new possibilities. If you’re attending HLTH Europe and looking to connect with healthcare organisations driving real change across borders, Christoph and Charlie would love to meet you.

France is entering a bold new chapter in digital health, and we’re excited to be part of it. Whether you’re exploring new markets, scaling innovation or just curious about what’s happening on the ground, let’s chat. HLTH is the kind of place where these conversations start, and we’re here to have them. Come and say hi!

2. There’s an Interoperability Summit you won’t want to miss

Taking place on Tuesday 17th June, this summit tackles one of healthcare’s biggest challenges: data silos. The sessions will explore how unlocking seamless data exchange can transform patient care, ease workforce pressures and boost financial sustainability.

From the impact of AI on interoperability to how FHIR standards are driving real-world change, you’ll leave with practical insights into building a more connected healthcare system. Expect expert perspectives from names like Dr. Anjali Bhagra, Mayo Clinic’s Medical Director of Intelligent Automation, and Dr. James Teo, Joint Clinical Director for Data and AI at King’s College Hospital, plus many more.

3. Don’t miss Neko Health’s keynote speech

Love a good live demo? Fancy a heated debate on AI ethics? Curious about the future of patient engagement, predictive analytics, digital therapeutics? HLTH is like all your birthdays have come at once. The lineup is stacked with speakers, panels and presentations that’ll give you a fresh perspective and challenge your perceptions.

We’re keeping an eye out for one of the most exciting speakers on the lineup: Hjalmar Nilsonne, Founder & CEO of Neko Health. Sure, as a Semble customer, some might say we’re biased - but the truth is Neko Health is one of Sweden’s most talked-about health tech startups, so you can expect nothing less than excellence here. And as the power behind the brand, Nilsonne is all about AI-powered full-body scans and pushing preventive care into the mainstream.

While the exact details of his session aren’t live yet, his confirmed spot on the speaker list means we can expect big ideas around data-driven healthcare, scalable prevention and patient-first innovation. Keep an eye on the official HLTH agenda – we know we will.

4. Aneira Health are taking part in the Women’s Health Summit

One session we’re really looking forward to? The Women’s Health Summit, where another Semble customer will be taking to the stage.

Dr. Nikita Kanani, co-founder of Aneira Health and former Medical Director of Primary Care at NHS England, will be part of a powerhouse panel diving into some of the biggest challenges in women’s health – think cardiovascular care gaps, menopause, and the long-overdue revolution in research representation.

Scheduled for 9.50am on Wednesday 18th June, the session ‘Mind the gap: Closing the care divide for women’ will have leaders from across tech, medtech, pharma and beyond in the room. It’s a chance to rethink how we deliver, research and invest in women’s health – and Aneira Health is right at the heart of that conversation. We'll be there with bells on.

5. The networking is next level

Think 3,500 healthcare movers and shakers under one roof: start-up founders, clinicians, policy makers, investors, techies, visionaries, you name it. It’s making us out-of-breath just thinking about it.

Whether you're swapping stories, sharing professional war wounds or plotting the next big thing over a bitterballen or two (don’t knock it ‘til you’ve tried it), this is where connections get made and ideas start to snowball.

There are events created specifically for networking too – head to HLTHbite for a chance to try some new food, or attend the Survivor’s BBQ on the final day for a chance to swap details for next year. There’s sunrise yoga, walking tours, and affinity meet-ups for Black, Muslim and LGBTQ+ communities to celebrate diversity and empower underrepresented voices in the healthcare.

6. Heidi Health is a sponsor

We’re also excited to see Heidi Health - just one of our partners - taking part in HLTH Europe as a sponsor. Built to support clinicians by lightening their note-taking load, many of our customers are taking advantage of integrated AI scribing to help their teams work even faster. If you're attending, it's a great chance to learn more about the kinds of smart, clinician-friendly tools that are shaping everyday practice.

So, are you in?

Canals, cobbled streets, bicycles everywhere – and a healthcare innovation summit right in the middle of it all? Amsterdam, you’re spoiling us.

With HLTH Europe, you’re not just attending a conference – you’re joining a community that’s raising the bar in private healthcare. Your voice matters here. Whether you’re championing smarter tech, better patient experiences or stronger team support, you’ll be part of the push for real change.

HLTH Europe 2025 is going to be big, bold and seriously inspiring. Book your ticket, pack your cycling shorts and we’ll see you in Amsterdam this June.
